The hardest part was from the day of surgery through day 1, and after the nasal packing was removed I felt completely fine. I was torn between no implant and silicone, but the director recommended silicone, so I ended up choosing silicone right up until the day before surgery. When the splint came off I was like, huh..? but now it's week 3, and I think I was right to listen to the doctor..^^
