My nose wasn't particularly low, but because it had a hump and the tip was flat, it didn't look pretty, so I decided to have surgery. My glabella area is fairly high, so I was told that if silicone were placed high it would make my impression look harsher, and I trusted that and had the surgery without an implant. I feel like the director is really meticulous, and because they emphasized the structural aspects, I decided there was no need to worry about my nose getting ruined. I really think the surgery turned out well, and just as they said, if I had put in silicone I think I would have looked harsher. I like how it is right now. ^^
