First of all, the consultation with the director was good. I liked that they showed me with Photoshop, and the video explaining the basics about noses was also very helpful. However, the consultation with the coordinator did not feel good. I asked whether the event price on the app could apply, looking at the event page they had posted, and they said things that made no sense. The event page clearly explained both the nasal bridge and the tip, and there were even cases of tip surgery in the reviews from event participants. They only replied that the event only applied to nasal bridge surgery and that they didn't know what happened to the reviews, and when I asked again because I didn't understand, they told me it seemed like I wasn't trying to understand. Almost every hospital is like that with event pricing, so I just accepted that part, but I was disappointed in the coordinator's response. After that, I asked a question via KakaoTalk, and that just ended with them reading it and not replying. I didn't contact them again either. I have to go back and forth to the hospital after nose surgery, but I didn't choose this hospital because I thought I would feel bad every time I went.
