The doctor is very proactive in explaining things. I visited five places, and this was the kindest one. When I ask about the surgery method, there are many doctors who say I'll just decide that myself, but I like that this doctor explains things first, like how much of the septum will be left, etc. But then again, it was also the kind of thing you could figure out from YouTube. Since it's an ENT clinic, functional rhinoplasty is covered, and it seems they'll do the surgery with septal extension grafting. But the aftercare complaints at this hospital aren't great, so I'm worried. Also, the director's assistant is scary. They seem to know a lot, but when I ask many questions, it feels like they're clenching their teeth while talking.
