When I had surgery 6 years ago, I thought higher was always better, so I had it done to the maximum.. But I guess I overdid it, because the bent silicone became noticeable, the columella was too long, and the tip of the nose felt very sharp, so I had revision surgery. The bruising lasted longer than I expected and it was hard, but now the bruises are all gone and the shape itself seems to have settled in. My impression also became gentler than before, and the feeling that only the nose was being emphasized disappeared, so I’m satisfied enough to write this.
