I had the surgery without an implant, and although the line is neat and you could say the bridge height is a bit lacking, I think this looks much more natural and better to me. If I had put in silicone, I think it would have felt strongly artificial, so I went without an implant, and I really think I made the right choice. The swelling has gone down now, and I’m satisfied.
