The director was kind, and the head coordinator was kind too. The facility was fine, and there was almost no waiting. I liked that they first asked whether I had a style I wanted, and I also liked how they explained everything in detail, starting from the structure of the nose. There was no pressure to pay a deposit or to bundle in procedures, so that was fine.
