I arrived early in the morning, so there was a bit of a wait, but after the CT scan, I was glad to learn what condition my nose is in now (the surgery hospital had disappeared, so I didn’t really know). The consultation director was kind, and the director answered everything I asked really well. He has a somewhat blunt style..? It seems like they do surgery strictly by the book, and that part made me trust them. They said they would do the surgery well without making me anxious, so I’ve gone ahead and made a reservation.
