I had a surgery without an implant. The swelling still hasn't gone down, so I can't tell for sure yet, but I'm satisfied with the line. Once the minor swelling gradually goes down and settles, I think it'll look even cleaner and prettier. I was worried about whether nose surgery without an implant would work well, but I'm satisfied.
