The silicone was bent and was too high like an avatar nose, so I had revision rhinoplasty. They removed the existing implant and did the tip only with autologous costal cartilage, without an implant. The avatar look completely disappeared, and it turned out naturally, like my original nose. I was quite desperate, but they explained well how it could be improved, and after surgery the director came personally to explain how it was done and the post-op precautions. They also carefully checked my recovery after surgery, so I was really grateful. If I ever need revision rhinoplasty again, I would recommend First Button.
