Top 2 hospitals I kept debating until the end. It was my fourth surgery and my last surgery, so this was a clinic I researched and looked into very thoroughly. The conditions I focused on were: 1. A top-5 university ENT specialist in Korea 2. 15+ years of plastic surgery experience (many surgery cases) 3. A private clinic 4. Review score for surgery expectations 5. Prefer naturalness + safety (no implants) over flashy results It was a clinic that met those conditions, and it was one of the final two, so I agonized over it a lot. The surgery quote was high, but mine included both functional and cosmetic rhinoplasty, so if I had insurance coverage, about 4.5 million won would be handled, and in the end the cost burden was actually lower. The head doctor was very kind, very confident, and highly professional. He removed the existing costal cartilage and actively proposed a surgical plan using strong 6th rib cartilage harvest. However, I had a step-by-step approach in mind, so because I wanted to leave that as the last option, I ultimately could not decide. Still, this place is definitely a hospital with an outstanding doctor, a real gem.
