The front desk was rude from the reservation call itself, and even when I visited I didn’t feel any kindness. Still, the director was very kind and explained things in a very professional way. The chief administrator was also very kind, and I liked that they explained the nose surgery in advance with a video before the consultation. I have high expectations for the surgery.
