The staff were generally kind, and the director was really kind and gentle! The consultation was thorough and felt realistic. They did a mock surgery for me, and there was a part I wasn’t fully satisfied with, so I’m still debating the surgery.. I could tell they’re definitely confident about functional nose surgery.
