I had functional nose surgery and non-implant cosmetic surgery together! I was very worried about complications from nose surgery, so I had a CT scan and used my own septal cartilage to do it without an implant, and I had a hard time until about day 3.. I usually breathe through my mouth because of rhinitis, so I thought it would be okay, but it was different. It was really uncomfortable. Still, once the splint came off and the packing was removed, it was truly a whole new world. Air was coming in through both nostrils;; I had swelling, including minor swelling, until about 3 months, and once the swelling was all gone, it settled well on my face like a nose that had always been there lol. The price felt a bit steep to me, but the other places I went for consultations felt too factory-like, so I did it here and I'm satisfied ㅎㅎ
