The process went smoothly from arriving at the hospital to waiting to consultation. During the consultation, I showed them a text-compiled list of questions and had the consultation based on that, and the director explained everything while we went through it. I asked what I was curious about and said I wanted to do it this way, and I liked that they also explained the importance of nasal function while counseling me. The manager also explained things clearly so I could understand.
