I had a CT and an endoscopy, and for the functional part I was diagnosed with a deviated septum, and I wanted to have cosmetic surgery at the same time, so I went through both consultations together. They designed it so as not to damage the function as much as possible, and there was no overtreatmentㅋㅋㅋ They said that if the functional part isn't causing much discomfort, I don't have to do it, but I thought I might regret it later, so I decided to just get the functional-cosmetic nose surgery done in one go.
