It was nice that they showed me videos beforehand that helped me better understand nose surgery. I didn't book because it was more expensive than the other clinics I had visited, but the facilities were clean too. It was the first place I went for a consultation, so I couldn't ask many questions, but the director was extremely kind and seems to value safety. One thing I was disappointed about was that, unlike the manager who didn't pressure me at all to book, I didn't feel like they explained things in detail during the consultation.
