The chief director consulted with me very kindly. The manager was a bit pressure-filled to the point that I wouldn’t exactly call her kind. There was an attempt to get me to pay on the same day. To sum up, I liked that they explained things in specific detail so I could understand everything overall. But the push for same-day payment is a bit of a concern for me.
