This hospital gets dragged down a lot because of the front desk staff. I arrived ten minutes early for my consultation appointment and waited, but even after an hour they still hadn't called me, so I went to ask. The coordinator at the front desk didn't even bother to listen, and the person next to her, I don't know whether it was the manager or who, said there was a system error and my check-in hadn't gone through^^ I had my next consultation to go to, lol They didn't even apologize properly. Don't treat people like that.
