I went early in the morning and got the consultation right away without waiting!!! When I came out after the consultation, there were more people around haha During the consultation, they took a CT scan and an endoscopy? and after that they said that based on my first surgery and my nose height, it would probably be okay to go without an implant haha Honestly, my issue was more the hump than the height of my noseㅎㅎ They said the bridge could be improved by osteotomy, and the tip could use septal cartilage, or ear cartilage if there wasn't enough septal cartilage, but they said they mostly use septal cartilage? The director was kind, the consultation was satisfying, and the hospital looked very clean!!
