This is the place I chose after going around to about 8 clinics for a revision rhinoplasty. For the first surgery, I used silicone and autologous cartilage, but this time I wanted to be more certain, so I went with autologous costal cartilage. I also had surgery for rhinitis at the same time through insurance. They made the scar as inconspicuous as possible by cutting along a fold, and I thought it would hurt a lot after surgery, but it was fine. Still, I thought of this as my last nose surgery and endured it, and now about 4 months have passed, so the remaining swelling and yellow bruising are almost gone. The scar on my chest will need a bit more time, but it’s so much better than my previous nose that I’m really happy..
