The doctor was kind, the consultation was detailed, and they listened well. They explained things clearly, and before the doctor came into the consultation room, a video on the monitor showed the doctor personally explaining knowledge about nose surgery. My mother, who did not know much about nose surgery, watched it too, liked it, and understood it well. I'm still thinking about it, but it's on my list.
