While consulting, I liked how they explained in detail the procedure they would use, the method, the shape of the nose, and so on. It was also good that they explained things in a way that was easy for the patient to understand. But they did that simulation image?? virtual image?? anyway, that thing, and it didn’t really resonate with me.
