I went for a consultation because it was close to the natural look I was aiming for. I had a brief consultation with the manager, then sat alone in the consultation room watching a video of the doctor performing nose surgery, but the sync was completely off so it honestly felt like I hadn't really watched anything.. Even after that, I waited a long time, then finally had the consultation with the doctor, and since it was my first surgery, the estimate felt way too high.
