First of all, the doctor gave enough consultation and was thorough. In my case, one side of the inferior turbinate is a little enlarged for the functional surgery, but if I'm okay with it, he doesn't push me to do it. Still, he mentioned it about twice. I do like natural lines, so his aesthetic matches mine, but the fact that he prefers septal cartilage + ear cartilage a lot is the biggest issue for me. Costal cartilage is possible too, but even for a first surgery the price is enormous, so hearing the price made me lose interest immediately. I'm getting surgery because of the tip of my nose, but I worry that septal cartilage might sag later, so I'm really torn about whether to do it here. And there seemed to be two or three managers; the one who took my CT was kind, but the manager assigned to me didn't seem that friendly.
