When I was in my twenties, I didn't know any better and had surgery impulsively at a cheap place. I ended up living with a nose that looked obviously operated on and an unbalanced nose. I also had surgery for rhinitis at the same time, and at this hospital I removed the silicone, lowered the tip of my nose, and had rhinitis surgery. I like the rhinoplasty here more than the rhinitis surgery.
