I had a deviated septum, a drooping tip, and a crooked nose.. it was a complex nose.. I wasn’t asking for much, just wanted the tip lifted and the septum straightened so I could breathe well, but they said the septum was very deviated and they’d have to open the nose to know for sure, and that they might need to use donated rib cartilage, so I gave up ㅠㅠ Still, the chief doctor was extremely kind and explained everything professionally, which I liked.
