I was worried I might have to wait a long time because there were so many people when I visited, but the wait was shorter than I expected. I also had a CT scan, and the director was very kind during the consultation and answered my questions in detail. It felt like he really listened, and his style was to explain things in a way even an ordinary person could easily understand. I liked that I could feel his confidence that the surgery could improve things naturally. The price was higher than I expected, but I think it's worth it.
