Overall, they consulted in a very detailed and kind way. They seem to have a lot of pride in the surgery, so even though it's more expensive than other places, I felt that if I had the money, I'd do it here. But it felt like they slightly prefer a longer face shape. They recommended the chin tip, so I said I'd think about it a bit more.
