Consultation fee 50,000 won, and I think I consulted for about an hour. I found them through a blog because their aesthetic sense was my style. When I asked about the surgery I had in mind plus what the doctor thought would be good to do, they also recommended surgery I hadn't thought of. After hearing it, it made sense, and the face would probably look naturally more refined. They are really good at analyzing faces and judging proportions. The consultation content was a bit different from other hospitals, but aesthetically it might be good. That said, I was disappointed that I couldn't discuss the technical details of the surgery itself more deeply. If they had said something like, you should factor in some degree of sagging, or lifting or a facelift after a few years would be fine, that would have been better. But when I asked, 'If you lift and fix the cheekbones, why would it sag? It absolutely won't sag,' and they were so certain that there would be no sagging at all, 200%, it felt like sugar-coating. In any case, skin is separated from bone, and the nerves and muscles distributed around it are complicated, so as a non-medical person it's hard to pinpoint and ask, 'Wouldn't it sag because of this and that?' Since the consultation was already long, I wish they had explained it more technically, like which muscles attach where and why it would sag less than expected, instead of just saying intuitively, 'It won't sag because we lift and fix it.' The doctor, not the manager, explained where the bone would be cut and how it would be rotated, and that their clinic uses expensive pins. Expensive pins are good, but in the end I think the most important thing is for the bone to fuse well so the pins can be removed, so I regret not asking to see the postoperative CT images. Because of how burdensome the surgery content felt and how extremely divided the reviews were, I decided to think about it a little more for now.
