I visited after waiting a few weeks because the consultation bookings were backed up. There was no waiting, and I went straight into a consultation with the doctor. He looked at my photos and explained realistically that this is what he would improve, but because of the facial structure there are some things that may not be possible to this extent. He listened to the parts of my nose that I was dissatisfied with, but it felt a little like he was explaining the surgery he would do rather than the nose that matched my needs. Still, he was very kind and patiently explained everything even when I asked a lot of questions. The consultation manager was kind too, and there was no pressure to reserve. I was worried the consultation would be short, but it wasn’t at all, and I felt like it makes sense that they have so many bookings.
