After my first surgery, the tip of my nose looked too pointy and had a slightly lifted impression even though it wasn't contracted, so I decided on revision surgery and got it done at this clinic. My mistake for being a provincial out-of-towner and not wanting to go around to different places. Compared with before, the tip became rounder, but right after surgery the outer corner of my left eye hurt a lot. The next day my left eye was swollen to the point that I could barely open it. Other people probably wouldn't notice, but when I yawn or look away, my left eye naturally closes halfway. It's an inconvenience only I know, so I decided to let it go. The second issue is asymmetry of the nostrils. On the day the stitches were removed, they kept probing around because they said they couldn't see one stitch inside the right side of my nose. Maybe because of that, during the settling process the right nostril ended up longer than the left. That's how the asymmetry came about. I visited around the 3-month mark, but they said to wait until 6 months. Even now, a year later, it's still the same. I'm thinking about a third surgery. It doesn't seem like the operating room was even sterilized, and when I went to get the stitches removed, I could see someone's feet lying in the operating room next to the treatment room.. Also, I got scars from the autologous costal cartilage and the nose scar too.. They even missed one or two stitches from the autologous costal cartilage.. I want to turn back time
