I had a CT scan, waited a bit, then had consultations in the order of consultation manager, doctor, consultation manager. They listened to the direction I wanted and explained the possible methods. They kept checking whether I had any questions. The consultation manager also gave the consultation with a professional presence, which helped ease my anxiety a little.
