I had nose surgery. The doctor seemed professional, but I didn't feel that they were especially kind. They were blunt, but explained the nose professionally, and the director was kind. Still, this hospital seems to do surgery for a flashy nose line, and back then I knew nothing about nose surgery, so it was far from the line I wanted.
