I looked into breast surgery and went to consultations at several places, but the things each hospital focused on were more different than I expected. At first I thought I only had to choose the implant type and size, but they said they also had to look at the shape of my breasts, the difference between left and right, and even the thickness of the skin, so there was a lot more to discuss than I expected.
