First of all, the director seemed to have pride! I had a consultation while looking at the CT scan, and the explanation was very detailed. The consultation manager wasn't exactly rude, just quiet and blunt... I liked that it was a one-doctor clinic. However, I do think the director's opinions were a little strong!
