I visited after getting a recommendation for revision nose surgery. I had revision surgery because the tip of my nose had become thin and the silicone was visible, and the postoperative course for the tip was satisfying. However, my nose ended up crooked overall. It was done under local anesthesia, but the director left in the middle of the surgery to perform another patient’s Sculptra procedure. Back then it was several years ago and I was young, so I couldn’t say anything, but it was absurd. They are good at flashy nose shapes, not natural ones.
