Consultation with the manager: I visited because after my first surgery, the tip of my nose had sagged, and I wanted a slightly lifted straight-line button nose. At the time, some ad on either Baritalk or Gangnam Unni was promoting nose revision surgery for under 1.5 million won, and I got hooked(?) and went straight to the clinic. But once I actually had the consultation, I was told revision surgery starts at a basic price of over 2 million won.... hehe ? Still, I felt a bit uneasy about getting nose revision for just a little over 1 million won, so at first I just nodded along to the price the manager quoted, and in the end I decided to add functional nose surgery too, settling at around 5 million! Consultation with the doctor: He looked at my nose with real confidence and immediately sketched step 1 through 7, showing exactly what needed to be done. He explained in great detail what steps were needed to create the shape I wanted, such as correcting the nasolabial angle and lowering the alar wings. The materials were silicone + functional rib cartilage + ear cartilage, all set. At other places, I was told to do it without an implant, but oddly enough I felt that if I was going to do it anyway, using an implant would give me more satisfaction...... (On my first surgery, I didn't use an implant when shaving down the dorsal hump, so the shape wasn't great ㅜ) Surgery day: Before going into surgery, I begged the doctor, saying, "Please, it won't turn into a pig nose / Michael Jackson nose, right?" and the only thing I clearly remember is the doctor saying, "No way, that will absolutely never happen." And I definitely saw the doctor before anesthesia!! Relief :) However, after the surgery ended, I couldn't see the doctor anymore - I think this varies by person, but I did feel a little less cared for... just that much! It's not a problem! It's now been 38 days since then.... I won't blame the doctor, but a lot of scar tissue has built up, so I'm pretty worried .__. I guess I was just unlucky... maybe it was a surgery that caused a lot of internal scarring... The shape itself is fine if you only look at the nose. But I don't know whether it harmonizes with my face - just my honest opinion! For those who want a flashy straight-button nose, I recommend it!!!!! If you want a long, elongated line, everyone's line comes out pretty, but it seems only my nose ended up like this ㅎㅎ..
