I made a reservation in advance, so when I went for the consultation there were a fair number of people, but I was brought in almost right away. They explained clearly what could and couldn't be done. That kind of bluntness may be surprising, but I liked it; it didn't make me waver needlessly... I also liked that the manager's consultation wasn't very long.
