I had the consultation with the coordinator first here too, and she seemed to listen to my story a lot more without making me uncomfortable. She briefly explained things like the materials and what she would recommend, but the doctor later explained it in more detail. After the CT scan, I had a detailed consultation with the doctor while looking at the photos, and his voice was really clear and crisp. He was the type who explains things very clearly, so the content really stuck in my ears lol The hospital is also close to the station, which was nice, and they reflected my input well in the line design.
