They carefully looked at my existing nose shape and designed a new one based on it. The consultation was fairly long, but I think most of that time was spent on shaping the design...? That said, they didn’t just give a vague explanation about the surgery; they explained it specifically, which I liked. I also liked that the consultant summarized the consultation content and explained it again.
