From the moment I walked in, the hospital had a very clean overall atmosphere, which I liked. It wasn’t the hectic, busy atmosphere typical of large clinics, so even waiting felt comfortable. The staff paid close attention to every bit of guidance and didn’t skim over anything. Before I met the director, I waited a little, but there was nothing uncomfortable about it. When I consulted with the director, they explained everything kindly and well, and because they spoke honestly about my nose instead of just flattering me, it felt more genuine. I also liked that the manager’s explanation had no exaggeration and was based exactly on what the director had seen.^^
