Because it was a revision rhinoplasty, I came in thinking I should really get it done properly this time, in the exact style I wanted. First, they said personalized silicone could be used, so I adjusted the desired line with the director as much as possible. I also brought a few design reference photos and reviews, and they matched it to those, then looked at my CT scan and set it realistically. It felt like they were looking at it very realistically, which was good.
