The surgery was delayed, so I waited an hour and a half before meeting the director. They examined me carefully and explained things while looking at the CT, which made me trust them more. The consultation manager was also extremely kind and explained everything clearly and thoroughly. If it hadn’t involved silicone, I would have booked right away.
