The consultation with the director was long. Rather than unnecessary talk, they kept asking if I had any more questions, focusing on the surgical method for my nose and feedback suited to my nose’s condition. The manager talked about price adjustments and the post-surgery image, and gave off a feeling of encouraging and supporting me. They also emphasized their investment in infection-control facilities a lot. I found it fairly trustworthy.
