They weren't exactly friendly, but it felt more like they just didn't talk much..? A bit like they were the type to only say exactly what needed to be said. And they seemed confident about using the septum as material, and I did have the surgery... but my bulbous nose is still very much there. Still, the nose shape did improve compared to before, and I don't really have any discomfort, so I don't think I'll get a revision just because of the bulbous nose.
