I came in for a nose consultation. The staff who guided me at the beginning were kind, and the director was kind too, so up to that point it was good. But when I was consulting with the consultation manager at the end, the feeling that they were constantly steering me toward booking the surgery that same day was so strong that it felt burdensome.
