There is a consultation fee with the director, but even though there was a consultation fee, the consultation ended way too quickly, and most of it was handled only with the manager, which was disappointing. The manager was also somewhat pushy about the deposit, which felt burdensome. Before consulting with the director, I think it would be better to bring a list of detailed questions about what you want to know, but... they answered questions very briefly, which was disappointing.
