1. The staff were kind 2. The waiting time was long 3. The hospital waiting area was small 4. The consultation director was very proactive and empathized really well 5. The doctor was as taciturn as people said he would be I got a 3D CT scan, but he explained things without looking at it.. It made me worry because it felt like he was only talking about what he could see with the naked eye.
