I made a consultation appointment and went, but I waited an hour. It felt like the reservation didn't mean anything. The doctor was kind, but seemed rushed. There were really a huge number of people. Maybe the doctor was busy, because during the consultation I was told by the manager about a surgery method I hadn't heard about during the consultation.
